134A freon recharge for most cars and small SUVs. Get your air conditioning blowing cold again.
Call Now: 403-243-4204Calgary summers hit 30°+ and your car’s air conditioning picks the worst time to quit. If your A/C is blowing warm air or barely keeping up, low refrigerant is usually the problem.
A/C systems lose freon slowly over time — it’s normal. But once it drops below a certain level, the system can’t cool properly. A recharge tops it back up and gets cold air flowing again.
The longer you wait, the harder your compressor works to compensate. That’s how a $90 recharge turns into a $600+ compressor replacement. Better to deal with it now.
Additional freon beyond ½ lb is subject to extra charge. Most standard vehicles need less than ½ lb for a top-up, but larger SUVs or systems that are very low may need more. We’ll let you know before adding anything extra.
1234YF refrigerant is NOT supported. Most vehicles made after 2015 use 1234YF instead of 134A. If you’re not sure which type your car uses, give us a call — we can look it up by your year, make, and model before you drive over.
This is a recharge, not a leak repair. If your system has a significant leak, a recharge will get you cold air temporarily but it won’t fix the underlying issue. We’ll let you know if we spot anything during the service.
